Together we’ll explore the difference between correction and care, the impact of shame-based spiritual thinking, and the role of the body and nervous system in healing and growth. Through guided discussion, reflection, and experiential practices, participants will discover a more compassionate, embodied, and sustainable approach to spiritual life inspired in part by the teachings of Myrtle Fillmore.
